International Transport, Transit & Logistics Exhibition

TransCaspian is an international exhibition for transport, transit and logistics. It offers visitors the opportunity to see new products and services and to meet representatives of their manufacturers and suppliers. The main aim of the event is to familiarize the visitors with the recent developments in the industry. The event without a doubt plays a key role in expanding global cooperation in the transport sector.

TransCaspian, International Transport, Transit & Logistics Exhibition, takes place at the Baku Exhibition and Convention Centre in Baku, Azerbaijan. The event attracts a huge number of professional visitors and reflects the development of transport infrastructure and the freight industry as a whole.

Azerbaijan is located on a minimum-time transport route from Europe to Central Asia, the Middle and the Far East. In particular, the country is part of the TRACECA and North-South corridors, and boasts mainline railroads connecting the Black and Caspian Sea basins. Occupying a key position in the formation of minimum-time transportation corridors in Eurasia, Azerbaijan is a major traffic center in TRACECA. This is why TransCaspian has been a meeting place for logistic operators ever since the exhibition became the only transportation exhibition in the South Caucasus. For 11 years, organizers have offered a top regional exhibition for rail, sea, and air transport companies, insurance companies, customs brokers, boat building and road-building companies, commercial carrier distributors, mail and messenger services, and many other firms working in the transportation industry.

TransCaspian is organised by Iteca Caspian and ITE Group plc. Every year, the event is supported by the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and TRASEKA actively cooperates in its organisation. The event is sponsored by Azerfon LLC, AZAL, Greenwich Travel Club, Hilton Baku, and Hotel Kavkaz Point.

Exhibition sectors are as follows: Transportation services, Logistics services, Rail transport, IT, Ports, Courier services and express delivery, Shipbuilding and ship repair, Financial services, Customs services.

The event has become the business platform of choice for the world of transportation. As well as providing a complete overview of both light and heavy commercial vehicles, the exhibition also offers a wide variety of trailers and special vehicles. All of these strengths combine to create a comprehensive selection of transport solutions under one roof. During the show, exhibitors get an excellent opportunity to communicate with the target audience and enlighten their knowledge by introducing latest products and services and strengthening position in the world of transportation.
