Malaysian International Trade Exhibition

International Trade Malaysia (INTRADE) is the annual international trade and export exhibition organized by The Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) to enhance networking, business matching, exchange of ideas and knowledge amongst the business communities from different countries, especially those seeking to venture into the global market. The Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) was established in 1993 as the national external trade promotion agency and functions as the focal point for foreign importers to source for Malaysian products and services.

The theme for INTRADE 2012 is "Energizing Export Growth", selected to reflect the importance of sustaining Malaysia's export opportunities in the face of increased competition and uncertainties in the global economy.

Known as one of the region’s leading export-oriented general trade fairs, INTRADE features 4 products and services clusters that stimulate economic growth and bring ample business opportunities. They are Automotive, Electrical & Electronics (E&E) and Information & Communications Technology (ICT), Manufacturing Support and Lifestyle. Each of these clusters is a strong contributor to the economy. They possess strong growth potential and share the vital characteristics necessary to be successful internationally. INTRADE is strictly a trade exhibition, and is open to professionals, hosted buyers, trade and business visitors, and other specially invited guests only. The general public and minors below 16 years are not allowed admission.

The event is held at Menara Matrade in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
