The European Congress on Biotechnology (ECB) is one of the most relevant events of Biotechnology in Europe. The ECB has continously attracted top scientists, decision and policy makers, high-tech companies, start-up companies, entrepreneurs, investors and students from all around the continent. The previous congresses were hailed for having a one-of-the-kind opportunity to network, share ideas and form partnerships with: biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, investment companies, equipment manufacturers, technology providers, medical device companies, government and regulatory bodies, IT software solutions, biotechnology associations, learned societies in biotechnology, research institutes, universities, consultants, law firms and individual biotechnologists.

The scientific programme was designed to cover all aspects of biotechnology, including environmental and green biotechnology, microbial physiology, microbial synthetic and systems biology, applied biocatalysis, industrial biotechnology, biochemical engineering, medical biotechnology and much more.

In addition to the stand exhibition, through special 15 minutes lunchtime oral presentation sessions, companies have the opportunity not only to present their science, technologies & services but also to attract partnering, marketing or investment openings. These presentations are an ideal opportunity to target your company's science and activities to one of the broadest cross-sections of the European biotechnology research community, including young and up-coming talent.
