The Everything Food + Cooking Festival

World Culinary Travel Expo is the first of its kind exhibition devoted to promoting global travel through gastronomy and showcasing world tourism through regional food, cuisine, cooking, chefs, hospitality and beverages. It is held within EAT! Vancouver Festival. The event is organized annually at the newly renovated BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, Canada.

The pursuit for food with travel, leisure, and fun experiences is poised to capture a fast-growing segment of the world’s travel industry. Today’s travelers are seeking a more experiential, hands-on, interactive tourism experience.

World Culinary Travel Expo is a one-stop place to network with industry buyers and suppliers and the venue to showcase and market their culinary services and products to a targeted, enthused audience of serious, quality prospects. The three-day expo attracts annually over 33,000 visitors mainly from the middle and upper-income households, the travel trade and media.

The World Culinary Travel Expo is promoted internationally, nationally, and regionally particularly in the Pacific Northwest Region - one of the highest density areas for the culinary travel industry via Print, Electronic, Public Relations and EAT! Vancouver Festival Media Coverage.

At the World Culinary Travel Expo, you get to interact face-to-face with local and international vendors, discover new vacation spots based on culinary offerings of destinations like China, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Israel, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, St Vincent & Grenadines and more.

The event creates a possibility for every visitor to talk to tour operators, cruise experts, destination representatives and hoteliers, obtain cutting-edge information and tips on how to turn your next vacation into a life-enriching experience and save hundreds of dollars on unadvertised deals.

On the International Culinary Stage, visitors can watch and taste cuisines created by chefs from around the world, including Cajun-Creole and Oaxaca cuisine. Thanks to reality cooking shows, organic movements and the proliferation of celebrity chefs, interest in international cooking has increased in recent years. Since its inception, the expo has been attended by over 230,000 visitors.
