International Travel Show TT Warsaw

The International Travel Show TT Warsaw is a leading Polish and one of the most important trade shows in the Central and Eastern Europe, targeted at the tourist industry. The event is held annually at the Warsaw Trade Fair and Congress Center Mt Polska.

During the show, business customers have a unique opportunity to attend business meetings of the international tourism environment and to establish valuable business contacts. It is the place of rewarding discussions which result in sharing your experiences and knowledge and, most of all, comparison of offers leading to the conclusion of new contracts and cooperation with companies from all over the world. This is why the first day of the show is dedicated exclusively for the industry and for business meetings.

The second day of the show is open for all visitors. The third day of the show is dedicated for everyone. Individual customers can find inspiration for an enjoyable holiday – TT Warsaw promotes places, offers and tourist attractions in various locations (winter, autumn, Christmas and New Year holidays). What is more, the show is an excellent opportunity to learn something about traditions and cultures from over 60 countries: traditional music, regional dances, traditional, national meals.

The unique value of TT Warsaw for the foreign tourist business lies in the fact that its representatives have an opportunity to meet at one venue and time with the most important tourist entities from Poland, and make direct and valuable contacts. They have a chance to mark their presence on the Polish market, present and, most of all, sell their products and services both to Polish tour operators, tourist agents, MICE representatives or individuals and include Polish tourist attractions in their offering.

TT features direct product presentations by: tourist service providers from all over the world, Poland included: accommodation, transport, tourist attractions (ski resorts, water parks, amusement parks and others); Polish and foreign tour operators; tourist organizations both national and regional; communes, districts, townships and voivodeships; tourism websites offering reservation services; insurance companies; the providers of networks and software for hotels and travel agencies; various tourism chambers and associations; publishing houses specializing in tourism.

This year’s International Travel Show TT Warsaw is celebrated in a special, formal way, not only due to the twentieth anniversary, but also due to the fact that this year the day of the official opening ceremony of the International Travel Show TT Warsaw coincides with World Tourism Day, celebrated every year. The formal setting of TT Warsaw is complemented by captivating seminars, demonstrations, concerts and a series of accompanying events.

During twenty years of the fair's existence, more than 8300 exhibitors and 400 000 visitors attended the event during this period. Like every year, there are ambassadors from many countries exhibiting at the trade show as well as persons from the tourism industry and politicians. Over the past 20 years, the event hosted representatives from over 100 countries. TT's Partner Countries were: Poland, Tunisia, France, Austria, Spain, Hawaii, Italy, Morocco, Hungary, Turkey, Czech Republic, Norway, Indonesia, Egypt, Slovakia.

In the evening of the first day of the trade show there is a formal Gala during which, among other awards, the certificates of the Polish Tourist Organization are handed out. The prestige and high quality of the event is confirmed by the broad cooperation with authorities and trade organizations, including the Capital City of Warsaw, Polish Tour Operators Association, Republic of Poland Chamber of Tourism, The Society of Incentive and Travel Executives, Warsaw Convention Bureau, Warsaw Destination Alliance and Warsaw Chamber of Tourism.
